The LCIF Multiple District Coordinator is appointed by the Council chairperson to serve for a three-year term. This position serves as an ambassador for Lions Clubs International Foundation and reports directly to LCIF Area Leader. His/her responsibilities include:
Liaising with and facilitate training for Lions appointed by the District Governors in each district to serve a three-year term as the LCIF district coordinators.
Being familiar with LCIF initiatives and educate Lions within the Multiple District on the various grants and projects supported by LCIF. Assist district governors with grant applications to LCIF, as needed.
Promotion of foundation initiatives in Multiple District publications, during district and Multiple District events and to the public at large.
Ensuring that LCIF-funded projects within the Multiple District receive proper promotion and follow grant-criteria guidelines.
Encouraging all Lions within the Multiple District to contribute to LCIF and promote recognition programs as incentives to donate to LCIF.
Identification of potential major gift donors, local foundations, corporations, and businesses with the potential to support LCIF and, and when appropriate, be involved in the gift-request process.
Assisting with the submission of LCIF funds, MJF applications, and other donation information when necessary.
Report progress quarterly to the area LCIF Trustee.

CONSITUTION AND BY LAWS
Objective
To ensure that the Multiple District’s constitutional provisions are upheld and adhered to, and guide the Council in constitutional interpretations, to recommend and advise the council concerning recommended constitutional changes.
Duties
Review all matters of a constitutional nature referred to it and make recommendations thereon, when deemed proper, to the Council.
Prepare the form of constitutional amendments proposed by the Council.
Receive, analyze and redraft all motions proposing changes to the Constitution and By-Laws Committee of the Multiple District and report its recommendations to the Multiple District Convention.
On constitutional questions requiring interpretation rather than Council action: Confer, if necessary, by letter or other approved manner of communication until a majority opinion of the committee is secured.
Instruct the Council on procedure.
Approve Policy Manual changes proposed by other committees of the Council.
Reporting – The committee gives an official report at each council meeting concerning the aforementioned matters.
RESOLUTIONS COMMITTEE
Objective/Duties - To receive, analyze and redraft with the approval of the Club, Sub-District or the Council submitting the motion, all proposed motions designed to come before the Convention other than amendments to the Multiple District Constitution & By-Laws provided all such motions be presented to the committee in writing before presentation to the Convention.

Objective/Duties
To advise the Council on matters of finance, to review and approve for payment at a Council Meeting all invoices and accounts for payment, including all invoices subject to any Multiple District Rules of Audit and approve the allocation to the appropriate Multiple District Account, to recommend, review and report to the Council on a policy regarding investments, to carry out such other duties as requested by the Council from time to time.

New Voices are a diverse group of individuals who, selected annually by their District Governor for their dynamic and innovative contributions in one of the four fields: Service, Membership, Leadership and Marketing. The MD Team will support the promotion of the effort at the District level from which nominees will be selected in the various fields identified previously. New Voice nominees will be recognized by the MD throughout the year showcasing their talents and contributions. The team will also identify from the pool of nominees at the District level the MD nominees in each area.
Coordinates the Leo Activity Programme for the Multiple District meetings – Mid Year Conference and MD Convention.
Coaches and motivates Lions who are actively involved in Leo club extension and development activities.
Coordinates and conducts leadership training and orientation for District Leo chairpersons and Leo officers.
Ensures that District Leo chairpersons are adequately facilitating the Leo to Lion transition.
Meets at least quarterly with District Leo chairpersons to review the Leo district programs and reports at the MD Conference and Convention.

The Credentials Committee of the Multiple District convention shall consist of the Council Chairperson; current district governors, first and second vice district governors and cabinet-secretary treasurers. The chairperson of this committee shall be the council chairperson. Each such Credentials Committee shall have the powers and perform the duties set forth in ROBERT’S RULES OF ORDER, NEWLY REVISED.
Objective/Duties
To certify the delegates and alternates in accordance with the Multiple District Constitution & By-Laws, to refuse to certify delegates or alternates from Clubs not in good standing or more delegates or alternates from any Club than allowed under the provisions of the International Constitution & By Laws.
Reporting
The committee shall report, when called upon to do so, at the Multiple District Convention, on the number of delegates and/or alternates certified both individually and collectively by Sub-Districts.

b) Arrange for proper airport (or other arrival) greetings; arrange suitable transportation to hotel or other lodging, inspect hotel room in advance to insure its suitability, and provide appropriate amenities (flowers, fruit, etc).
c) Arrange for the proper escort of visitors to each function on the schedule.
d) Arrange courtesy calls on local government leaders (or regional and/or national leaders if the location suggests this as a possibility).
e) Coordinate public relations media exposure such as television, radio and print media, as necessary.

Objective

Objective / Duties
The Council Secretary Treasurer chairs the International Convention Committee and is responsible for all aspects of the program of the upcoming International Convention :
The timely and thorough dissemination of information regarding the upcoming Convention.
The promotion and encouragement of attendance
The monitoring of registration – obtaining updates from LCI on registration of participants
Registration of Delegation to participate in the International Parade and uplifting relevant documentation from the LCI Convention office for parade.
With other committee members, be responsible for arrangements for parade uniforms and banners for the parade. PR.
In collaboration with the Chairperson for District 63, be responsible for securing the venue and establishing format and costs for the hosting of the joint reception.
