MULTIPLE DISTRICT 60
GOALS 2022-2023
ONE
To provide opportunities for leadership development through collaboration across sub-districts and multiple districts.
TWO
To collaborate with sub-districts to enhance membership development, retention and growth. To continue the Implementation of the Global Membership Approach program.
THREE
To enhance collaboration in the area of global service through access to LCIF grants and promotion of Lions Club International (LCI) global causes. The MD will support the sub-districts in the pursuit of collaboration with other development partners/private sector and NGOs.
FOUR
To work in collaboration with the sub-district teams to develop strategies and actions that will increase the Multiple District’s contributions to LCIF.
FIVE
To continue to strengthen the Leo Program within the MD by providing opportunities for Leo and Youth
development, mentoring and bonding across the sub-districts.
SIX
To maintain current Multiple District 60 website and social media page(s) in order (i) to improve the visibility of our
MD, (ii) to enhance communication, (iii) to support the promotion of Multiple District and Sub district programs, (iv)
to provide tools for enhancing administrative efficiency and continuity and (v) support the MD’s public relations and
marketing program.

SEVEN
To enhance the public relations and marketing program for the MD. A Public Relations grant application will be
submitted to LCI.
EIGHT
To give every Lion and Leo a voice by supporting the effective promotion and implementation of the New Voices
program across our multiple district.
NINE
To update and finalize the Multiple District’s policy manual to incorporate issues pertaining to funding of MD
activities, dispensation of net proceeds of conventions amid the changing environment. These updates will be
captured in a supporting operations document.
TEN
To strengthen our partnership with District 63 in light of our common mission to improve the well-being of our
communities through humanitarian service and taking into consideration the existing Twinning Covenant
agreements which exist between our Districts.
